Frequently Asked Questions

1) How long does each treatment last?

A treatment lasts between 30-60 minutes with the first session lasting 60-120 minutes.

2) How many treatments will I need?

Typically 10 to 14 treatments make up a course. After a break of about a month, another course may be given, if necessary, in chronic cases. This is to allow the body to adjust and heal. However, acute conditions may heal after just one or two sessions. It is possible to treat on a weekly basis, but results are better from more frequent sessions.

3) How much will it cost?

The fee is £50 per session, including the first treatment. There is a 24 hour cancellation policy.

4) On which part of the body is Cosmodic-Scenar used?

Mainly over the spine and also directly on injured parts and/or reflex areas.

5) Is it painful?

No. The sensation is of a pleasant gentle tingling sensation.

6) Are there any contra-indications?

The only contra-indications are cardiac pacemakers and heavy drug or alcohol use. It is quite safe for use during pregnancy and on babies and children

7) Is there anything else I can do to help the healing process?

It is important to help the healing process as much as possible by adopting a healthy diet and a healthy life routine. If the client really wants to heal and puts effort into it, Cosmodic-Scenar works better.

8) Who is the practitioner?

My name is Susan Hamilton and I have been involved in holistic healing since 1987 when I opened a complementary therapy clinic in Oxford. I am highly qualified and accredited in Reflexology, Reiki, EFT, EMDR and I am a UKCP registered psychotherapist. I am now adding this remarkable development in treating ill-health. I am passionate about the healing potential of Cosmodic-Scenar therapy and want to bring it to as many people as possible.
